At Kahler Gewürze, quality is paramount. Our integrated quality management system is based on our certifications to IFS Version 6.

The development and production of premium spice blends and preparations requires an efficient, up-to-date HACCP and food safety management system conforming to the requirements of the EU regulations (EC) 178/2002 and 852/2004. At Kahler Gewürze GmbH & Co. KG , our total quality approach reaches beyond the production floor and covers all our operating procedures.

We source our raw materials from selected partners. In order to ensure highest quality, we select our vendors based on the quality of their products, their expertise and their reliability.

We work with independent accredited laboratories for quality assurance and control. The raw, intermediary and finished products from our production undergo a thorough physical, microbiological and chemical testing.
