Master butcher Heinrich Kahler was an enthusiastic creator of a wide variety of innovative flavours for sausages in his butcher's shop. This passion led him to found the Kahler Gewürze company in 1928. |

Kahler Gewürze produces traditional spice blends and cutter process aids. Despite economically challenging times, we successfully manufacture products of the highest quality. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, we continuously expanded our regional, national and international business. |
