Technical additives

Our aim is to always keep up with the latest developments in technology. We offer the appropriate additives alongside our seasoning mixes to ensure safety when producing high-quality food.

Meat products and sausages
For boiled sausage products:
- powdered and liquid cutting additives (with and without phosphates)
- powdered and liquid products for colour retention/reddening
- other special compounds: emulsifiers, thickening agents, stabilisers, pH control agents
For raw sausage products:
- ripening agents
- powdered and liquid products for colour fixing/reddening
- other special compounds: starter cultures, stabilisers, pH control agents

For cooked sausage products, jellied products and cooked/raw cured products:
- emulsifiers
- powdered and liquid products for colour fixing/reddening
- powdered and liquid spray (with and without phosphates)
- powdered and liquid products for colour fixing/reddening
- other special compounds: gelatine (various Bloom values and animal products), de-bittering agents,
dipping mass for coating cooked sausages, stabilisers, decorative spice blends

Products for grilling
There are also functional additives available for meat or side dishes for grilling. Our range includes special salts, such as fine salt and coated salt.

Fish
There are also technological additives that can be used for pickled fish. We offer a variety of ripening agents for brining.

Catering
When it comes to catering, there is often time pressure involved. You can save time thanks to recipe sachets. Our product range offers sauce mixes and recipe sachets for tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.
